GRILLED PIZZA 💗

My hubby grills this pizza for us and its very good! You can use any toppings you want to but don’t add too much or you will weigh the pizza down and it won’t cook evenly. We love Publix Pizza Dough. It turns out super soft and chewy!

INGREDIENTS

Publix Pizza Dough

  1. Ragu Pizza Sauce
  2. 2 Links Italian Sausage
  3. Sliced Pepperoni
  4. Shredded Mozzarella
  5. 1/4 Cup Onions, chopped
  6. 1/4 Cup Red Bell Peppers, chopped
  7. 2 Button Mushrooms, sliced super thin
  8. Yellow Banana Peppers
  9. Fresh Basil, minced
  10. Parmesan Cheese
  11. Fresh Basil
  12. Melted Garlic Butter for Crust
  13. Olive Oil Non-Stick Spray for Pizza Pan

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Let Pizza Dough sit at room temperature for about an hour to an hour and a half. Otherwise its tough.
  2. Fire up Grill to 425 Degrees.
  3. Roll out dough on floured mat as evenly as possible.
  4. Place dough on pizza pan prepared with non stick oil.
  5. Spread sauce over crust.
  6. Add desired toppings. Don’t go over board.
  7. Place pizza on grill and close lid.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes.
  9. Brush edges of crust with garlic butter
  10. Close lid of grill once more and bake for two minutes.
