GOD’S LOVE LETTER TO YOU …

Hello Friend! 🌻

This Valentine’s Day, I am confident of a deep, abiding love that is ours in Christ Jesus whether we are single, married, divorced, or widowed.

If you are not currently in this love relationship, then I would love to introduce you to the greatest love you will ever experience in this life time.

Did you know the entire Bible is God’s love letter to us? In fact, God not only loves us, but 1 John 4:8 tells us He IS love. Love is a Person. God.

It’s hard to completely wrap our minds around this truth, isn’t it? God’s love is unconditional, unmeasurable and there is nothing in existence that can ever compare to it.

Our Faith Journey begins when we, with humility and repentance, receive God’s great love, grace, kindness and forgiveness towards us. 

When the Holy Spirit’s revelation of the Father’s love got a hold of me, I was absolutely wrecked, but in a good way. I will always remember something our Pastor once said to us:

“It is virtually impossible to come face to face with our living God and not be changed forever.”

He was so right because that has been my experience. God absolutely loves you, too, did you know that? And His love can move mountains. It can also quiet the raging storm within our hearts, heal shattered lives, set captives free and completely transform us if we let Him.

But this love relationship requires a response from us. One of humility and surrender. We have to go beyond just hearing and observing to believing and receiving Jesus for ourselves. 

So friend, I asked the Holy Spirit to help me gather Bible Verses in a letter form. This love letter below is only a tiny excerpt of all God’s promises to us.

Please invite the Holy Spirit to prepare your heart to receive the following words before you begin to read it. I hope it blesses you today to know how God really feels about you. You will also find this love letter in a printable PDF form at the bottom of this post.

GOD’S LOVE LETTER TO YOU …

My Beloved Daughter,

Way before you were born, I desired to adopt you into My family by bringing you to Myself through My Son, Jesus. I wanted to do this, and it gave Me great pleasure. (Eph 1:4-5) Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart … (Jer 1:5)

I created your inmost being and knit you together in your mother’s womb. You are fearfully and wonderfully made and My works are wonderful. Your frame was not hidden from Me when I made you in the secret place, when I wove you together in the depths of the earth. My eyes saw your unformed body; all the days ordained for you were written in My book before one of them came to be. (Ps 139:13-16) 

Even all the very hairs on your head are all numbered. (Matt 10:30)  I have searched you and know you. And I know when you sit and when you rise; I perceive your thoughts from afar and discern your going out and your lying down; and I Am familiar with all your ways. Before a word is on your tongue, I know it completely. I hem you in from behind and before you, and I lay My hand upon you. (Ps 139:1-5) 

Your transgressions have been forgiven and your sin is covered so you are blessed. (Ps 32:1) Instead of your shame, you shall receive a double portion; instead of dishonor, you shall have everlasting joy. (Isa 61:7) For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is My gift to you. (Eph 2:8) 

I have bestowed on you a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. You will be called an oak of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of My splendor. (Isa 61:3)  I give you eternal life, and you will never perish, and no one will snatch you out of My hand. (John 10:28) 

Let Me be enthralled by your beauty; honor Me, for I AM your LORD. (Ps 45:11) I AM the Lord God, the one who heals you. (Exod 15:26) You are in Christ and you are My new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. (2 Cor 5:17)  I have established you in Christ, and have anointed you, and have also put My seal on you and given you My Spirit in your heart as a guarantee. (2 Cor 1:21-22) 

You know Me, I dwell with you and will be in you. (John 14:17) My Holy Spirit will guide you into all the truth, for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears from Me, He will speak, and He will declare to you the things that are to come. (John 16:13) 

I see all your hardships and I care about your suffering and the anguish in your soul. (Ps 31:7) Call on Me when you are in trouble and I will rescue you. (Ps 91:15)

My power will rest on you when you are weak. (2 Cor 12:9) You can trust in Me for I will never forsake you.(Ps 9:10) Cast all your worries on Me for I really care about you. (1 Pet 5:7)

Since you are in Christ, I have made you an heir of all My promises. (Gal 3:29) For as high as the Heavens are above the earth, so great is My steadfast love toward you. (Ps 103:11) Trust in Me with all your heart and I will guide you. (Prov 3:5-6) 

Keep your mind and your thoughts focused on Me, and I will keep you in perfect peace! (Isa 26:3) My peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus. (Phil 4:7) 

I Am the LORD, your Shepherd. You will lack nothing. (Ps 23:1) I will go before you and I will be with you; and I will never leave you nor forsake you. (Deut 31:8) Don’t be afraid or discouraged. I will take hold of your hand, to keep you from falling. (Ps 37:24) 

I will meet all your needs, according to the riches of My glory in Christ Jesus. (Phil 4:19) Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate you from My love that is in Christ Jesus. (Rom 8:39) My love for you, will perservere through every situation. (1 Cor 13:4-7) 

AND NOT ONE OF MY PROMISES WILL EVER FAIL YOU. (Josh 23:14) 

Draw near to me and I will draw near to you… (James 4:8)
