WINNER ANNOUNCED IN COMMENT SECTION – JAN 11, 2018
God can drop something down in my spirit and even when I have NO DOUBT that it was Him, I still hesitate!
Sometimes it goes way beyond hesitation to the point where I’m pretty sure He’s already looking for somebody else to use!
We all have our own reasons why we don’t respond when He calls us to step out, don’t we?
“We don’t have enough faith, time, money, support, talent, vision, experience …”
Personally, my biggest excuse for many years was that I was afraid of failing!
Did you know that a fear of failure can be paralyzing?
You won’t just have trouble finishing things, you may also have a lot of stuff you never even started!
I didn’t believe I could, so I didn’t!
But would God ask us to take a step into something new and then let us fall?
“God is able to bless you abundantly,
so that in all things at all times,
having all that you need,
you will abound in every good work.”
2 Corinthians 9:8
When God asks us to do something, He is really just asking us to join Him in what He has already started.
We may be stepping into unknown territory, but He’s not!
And He will generously equip us to do our part when we respond to Him in faith.
Think about it:
God is NOT a created Being. There is no one like Him or above Him. 1 Kings 8:23
Therefore, He is not dependent on someone else coming through before He can assist you!
Our powerful Daddy stretched out the heavens, created all the stars, and performs countless miracles. Job 9:8-10
He can orchestrate the right circumstances to be set into motion in your life!
Our Daddy is rich! EVERYTHING belongs to Him! He owns the cattle on a thousand hills … Psalm 50:10
He can get the money into your hands if needed!
Our eternal Daddy is not constrained by time. His understanding is beyond us and He never becomes weary or tired! Isaiah 40:28
He caused the sun to stand still for Joshua … He can create ‘time’ for you where there was none before!
Right now, 2018 stretches before you like an open book with clean white pages.
But to God, He sees your story already written within those pages.
You see the front cover of the book. He sees the last page turning.
He already saw the beginning of the first chapter where He invited you to join Him.
He said “That’s my girl!” when you accepted His invitation. (Are you smiling?)
His heart was glad when you let Him move the wrong people out of your life.
He smiles as He remembers that look on your face when He came through with His provision.
He nodded when He brought the right friends into your story to help you come up higher.
A little closer to Him.
Those God appointed relationships are so important!
Sweet fellowship with ladies who love Jesus as much as you do!
Those friends will always point you to Him.
They will encourage you towards your God given dream.
They will celebrate your victories with you.
Because they know that it’s all for the glory of God!
When you were a little girl, didn’t you ever wish you could step into that one special book?
A story where you found your true love and lived victoriously?
Well, sweet friend, God has already written your story!
And you are His leading lady!
Jesus is your true love and He has already overcome the world! John 16:33
There’s just a couple of things you need to do!
Believe Him and catch His vision for you!
Take Jesus at His Word because IN HIM, YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS! Philippians 4:13
So will you step into your story?
Jesus is waiting and He will NEVER fail you!
May God brag about YOU, His beautiful daughter: “She believed she could, so she did!”
“I am about to do something new.
See, I have already begun!
Do you not see it?
I will make a pathway through the wilderness.
I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”
What is God whispering into your heart?
