My Identity in Christ at Fresh Grace for Today.
Deeply knowing and understanding our identity in Christ is crucial to our spiritual growth. If we don’t understand who we are in Christ, the devil can deceive you with his lies and keep you stuck.
But it takes lots of releasing and receiving to get there. This is not always easy and it can take years to remove all the junk the world downloaded into our souls. But it’s so necessary because God can’t pour new wine into old wineskins.
Releasing: the lies of condemnation, shame, blame, unforgiveness, bitterness, blame, insecurity, etc.
Receiving: the truth that we are deeply loved, wanted, cherished, honored, dignified, and above reproach. We are the beloved daughters of the Most High God.
