A Prayer for 2021 with Encouraging Bible VersesHello, our fearfully and wonderfully made Sister in Christ! We would LOVE to pray over you and share encouraging Bible Verses to strengthen your heart today. 2020 was pretty brutal but it is our sincere prayer you will be encouraged to move forward with God and embrace 2021 with fresh hope!

A prayer for 2021 …

Daddy God, we lift up the precious lady reading this right now.

We feel Your heart for her. You LOVE her with an intoxicating love she has NEVER encountered here on planet earth. Please help her to feel Your presence right now. Help her in 2021 to be SO hungry for You and Your Word! And help her to grow in her faith and confidence in You so she can muster up the courage and grit to keep moving forward despite all she has endured. Lord, in Your presence is fullness of joy. Joy that can never be touched by people, covid or circumstances. Increase her joy today …

“You make known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy, in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand.” Psalm 16:11 NIV

Holy Spirit, help her to meditate on Your Word …

A Prayer for 2021 with Encouraging Bible Versesand to personally own Your promises in her heart. And help her to recall what she has read in those moments when she needs it so she can speak life over herself, her loved ones and her situation.

Most of all, help her to be mindful to walk out what she reads so she can experience transformation this year.

You command her to be strong and courageous and this year, she will be!

“Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. This is my command, be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:8-9 NLT

Lord, help her to not be afraid …

… of other people or of what is happening around her. You will NEVER leave her nor abandon her, no matter what she is feeling in this moment …

“So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the LORD your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.” Deut 31:6 NLT

We ask for You to help her become SO rooted and grounded in Christ this year that she will feel Your Love and Your Spirit strengthening her in the deepest part of her being …

“I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.” Eph 3:16-19 NIV

Lord, we pray no matter what happened to her in 2020 …

A Prayer for 2021 with Encouraging Bible Verses… she will discover that all hope is not lost. HOPE is the person of Jesus Christ and she will NEVER lose Him.

I pray she will always remember that Jesus is the steadfast anchor for her soul no matter how much the waves are crashing around her in this moment.

“This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary.” Heb 6:19 NLT

Lord, open the eyes of her heart … so she can fully KNOW the hope for which You have called her. Help her to understand the incredible riches she has inherited because of You …

“I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in his holy people.” Eph 1:18 NIV

We pray no matter how many times she’s been knocked down …

… she will find the courage to get back up and stand at the starting line once more with You, Jesus. Please help her to fix her eyes on You, the Author and perfector of her faith. It is never over until You say it’s over!

“We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion Who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting Him, He endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now He is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.” Heb 12:2 NLT

Holy Spirit, we pray she will not be ashamed of her weaknesses …

… in fact, we pray this year she will kick the spirit of perfectionism to the curb and begin to see her weaknesses in a new way. It is in her weaknesses that You can be made strong for her!

“Each time He said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Cor 12:8-10 NLT

We pray she will give herself permission to rest …

A Prayer for 2021 with Encouraging Bible Verses… and preserve her energy this year so she can focus on what is really important and run her race well. We declare this is the year she throws off ALL that hinders her walk with You!

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.” Heb 12:1 NLT

We pray our sweet sister will always remember …

… You are leading and guiding her. You will never leave her to figure everything out on her own!

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My loving eye on you.” Psalm 32:8 NIV

We pray that no matter how isolated she may feel …

… she will remember she is NEVER alone. Help her to remember You are the God Who ‘sees’ her …

She gave this name to the LORD who spoke to her: “You are the God Who sees me,” for she said, “I have now seen the One who sees me.” Gen 16:13 NIV

Finally, we pray our beautiful friend will remember …

… to not lean on her own perception of what is happening around her. There is always a bigger picture that only You can see. Help her to trust You, Lord!

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” Prov 3:5-6 NIV

We are rooting for you!

“Be still, and know that I Am God …” Psalm 46:10 NLT
